About this limited edition photograph:
The composite light painted photograph “Twin Springs Lavatory Eruption” was created in Twin Springs Park in Decorah, Iowa.
The featured stone structure in this photograph is a closed restroom building in Twin Springs Park.
To create this composite light painted photograph I placed my Canon T3i camera on a tripod. I created four exposures- one for each of the four fireworks used (roman candles and spinning a fountain firework). During one of those exposures I used a red LED to trace out the metal bars covering the windows. I then used Photoshop to blend the four exposures together, and the resulting photograph is Twin Springs Lavatory Eruption.
